  1. Periodic Table v2.02 - ReadMe.TXT

  3. This is a maintenance release of Periodic Table.  It corrects
  4. a bug in the List Properties dialog that would cause the
  5. program to freeze when the sort order was changed.  It also
  6. contains all the changes from version 2.01.  It has fixed
  7. any known bugs and added a Maximize on Startup menu command.
  8. See the PTOE.WRI files for details.  Please note that this
  9. release is FREE for registered users of Periodic Table 2.0
  10. and 2.01
  11.  
  12. This version of Periodic Table requires Windows 3.1.  If it is
  13. installed on a Windows 3.0 system, it will not run.
  14.  
  15. If you received Periodic Table as a ZIP file, and you are using 
  16. 360kb disks, please unzip PTDISK1.ZIP and PTDISK2.ZIP to separate
  17. diskettes and label them with the names:
  18.  
  19.   PERIODIC TABLE INSTALLATION DISK
  20.   PERIODIC TABLE DOCUMENT DISK
  21.  
  22. respectivly.  If you are unziping the files to a disk format 
  23. greater than 360kb, then you can unzip both files to the same 
  24. diskette.
  25.  
  26. If you received Periodic Table on diskette, and your disk format 
  27. is greater than 360kb, then you will receive only one diskette 
  28. with all files on it.  The installation will proceed normally 
  29. without asking you to change diskettes.

  31. Insert your Installation Disk in drive A:  Then from the File/Run 
  32. command of either Program Manager or File Manager type:

  36. Then just follow the screen prompts.

  43. Several files in this application are compressed.  If you don't
  44. use the installation program or you need to copy one of the
  45. original files onto your hard disk, use the UNPACK.EXE file
  46. located in your installation directory or on the install disk.

  51. following files included.  If you received Periodic Table on diskette,
  52. you should check to see that the files listed as being on Disk 1 or 
  53. Disk 2 are on the proper diskettes.

  79. Files that end in a '$' sign are packed.  To copy them 
  80. individually to your hard disk, you will need to use the 
  81. UNPACK.EXE program provided on the Document Disk and in your
  82. installation directory.
